fall essential link up...

i was so flattered to get an email from blakely, from the blog eloise and me, asking us to share some of our favorite fall essentials, and even more excited when i saw the darling group of girls participating.  i had the hardest time narrowing it down, i feel like this season is packed with some of the best items i've seen.  i've added in a couple items for little girls, a few items for moms and a couple fall favorites.  you can check out eloise and me for the rest of the fall essentials and a giveaway from freshly picked moccasins!

this blazer (madewell) // i think i could wear it everyday!  paired with a graphic tee (love this one) and some skinny jeans, throw on a great pair of ankle boots.  some simple jewelry and you're set!

polka dot button up for girls // i can envision this worn 7 different ways, all of them too cute for words.  tucked into a skirt?  with a blazer and skinny jeans?  worn unbuttoned over a dress?  under a sweater?  with floral? sign me up for all of them!

french knot pointy skimmer // this is the kind of shoe that you wished you would have worn while out and about instead of heels.  comfortable, chic and a color to match anything!

buffalo check blanket // i am a lover of anything buffalo check...this blanket would look so great thrown over a couch or wrapped around the girls as they cuddle.

roasted tomato and caramelized onion farro salad with brown butter...my sister-in-law made this for a shower, and i unashamedly took the leftovers home.  it is amazing and light and the perfect fall dish.

michael kors crossbody // i love how big crossbody bags are this fall.  they are popping up in every shape, size and color.  this bag has all the necessary parts to be great- big enough for the necessities, but still compact (you'd be surprised how much you can fit!), just the right amount of studs, optional adjustable strap, zips close and in a color that will match virtually any color palette.  i'm also loving this blue bag too...such a great pop of color and perfect for date nights!

the printed tea dress...i'd have my girls at tea dress.  this is the type of dress that can be dressed up and down to your liking.  a pair of knee high socks and a great cardigan and as casual as a denim jacket and converse, it'd be your go to dress.

zuzii oxfords // polka dots, stripes, classic oxford.  my only complaint is they don't come in my size!  i'd love these paired with just about anything, but especially the printed tea dress.
